OGASSA OGS42V
The OGASSA OGS42V is a hybrid vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) UAS, originally developed to meet the Portuguese Navy’s requirements for maritime and ship-based operations. Building on the proven OGS42 platform, the OGS42V demonstrated immediate operational versatility, eliminating the need for a runway for takeoff and landing.
The OGS42V was publicly showcased last year during the REP MUS NATO exercise in Tróia, and has since been deployed by the Portuguese Navy. It is now available as a fully operational and tested platform for broader use.
We also keep all the standard OGASSA equipment, such as:
-
high-performance electro-optical Gimbal
-
strong and reliable long-range communications (100Km+),
-
IP link StormCOMM IP
-
AIS & EPIRB receiver, transponder mode C & S and added VHF relay for UAV to ship communications as well as Iridium Satcom low rate transceptor.
