Uavision is a company with over 20 years of experience in research and manufacturing unmanned systems, avionic systems, robotics and structures. We built our first drone (UAS) in 2004 and continue to create new solutions for the aviation and unmanned systems market to this day.
In 2012, we incorporated two new areas: communications development and optoelectronic sensors. These new capabilities enabled us to extend our UAS subsystems' offer to our customers. We can supply from a single actuator to a full transfer of technology program, ensuring our customers around the world independence to pursue their projects.
Microelectronic Division
The Microelectronic Division delivers end-to-end electronic system development, spanning advanced electronic engineering design through full-scale production and validation.
The division specialises in high-performance printed circuit board ( PCB ) design using Altium ECAD software, ensuring precision, reliability, and compact integration for complex systems.
Advanced capabilities also include CST antenna simulation and analysis to optimize RF and communication solutions, as well as an automated pick-and-place production line that enables accurate, high-efficiency electronic system assembly.
Software Division
The Software Division develops advanced, mission-critical systems that power and control UAV operations from ground to air. Its expertise includes Ground Control System ( GCS ) software for real-time mission planning and monitoring, as well as robust onboard software that ensures stable flight control, navigation, system integration, and the operation of electro-optic sensors.
By integrating Artificial Intelligence into its software solutions, the division enhances autonomous decision-making, object detection, tracking capabilities, and overall operational efficiency.
Mechanical
Division
The Mechanical Division delivers integrated design, analysis, and precision manufacturing solutions to support complex engineering projects. Utilizing advanced CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and Fusion for detailed 3D modelling, along with CAM software for efficient production programming, the division ensures seamless transition from concept to fabrication.
The division also specializes in robotics integration, fabrication of tooling and molded components, and production of high-quality mechanical parts in aluminum, steel, and titanium, delivering durable and high-performance solutions across industries.
Aerospace Division
The Aerospace Division provides comprehensive engineering solutions across the full aircraft development lifecycle. Its expertise includes aero-structural simulation and sizing to optimize weight, strength, and aerodynamic performance, as well as complete aircraft design from concept development through detailed engineering.
Composites
Division
The Composites Division specializes in the design and manufacture of advanced composite structures, particularly for UAV body components using high-performance materials such as carbon fiber, fiber-glass and more.
With advanced finishing capabilities—including Painting, Electrostatic Painting, and Pistol Painting, which provide protective and aerodynamic surface coatings, enhancing durability, environmental resistance, and overall performance of UAV composite body parts.
